Guild Guidelines
Due to increased membership, we have implemented a few rules and requirements to aid in organization and raid force developement.
Membership Requirements
In order to maintain a raid biased guild, we have added some new requirement criteria. To be elligible for
membership, characters must be at least level 50. All classes have a chance at gaining membership, although some
classes are favored at times, depending on what is needed. After meeting these requirements at least 2 masters need
to give said character the go ahead for a guild invite. Only masters are allowed to invite new members. Exceptions
are extremely rare, but will be left up to the masters of the guild.
Guild Ranking
Guild rank will be heavily based on raid participation. Rank will only be given to distinguish hardcore raiders
from the new, or less active members. Rank will only be given to a persons main character.
Character Alts
Since this is a raid guild alts are not very important, except when characters are logged in remote locations.
To avoid a long list of names collecting dust, each member may include 1 character that is level 30 or higher.
All alts above level 50 are okay, and encouraged to be a member.
Guild Conduct
This is simple, just act civilized. During guild, or joint guild events- organization, cooperation, and patience
must be adheared to for the better outcome of the raid. Everyone has ideas and strategies, but raids are usually headed
up by one or two people. If you think something might work better or have a good strategy, send a tell to the raid leader.
As for conduct outside of guild events, try to avoid problems. If somebody wrongs you in game, its usually best
to avoid the situation. If the problem persists, let a master know and they will help in anyway possible, within
reason. Everyone has differances now and then, just like in a family. If you develope a problem with a fellow
guild member, try to discuss it in tells with said person. If this does not solve your problem let a master know
and we will solve it.
Masters have discretion in all guild matters.
We have current members who do not meet the new member requirements, but are protected by a grandfather claus due to
previous membership.
